Items displaying this Free Freight icon will be delivered to your door for Free! If you don't see the Free Freight icon, then there will be a small delivery charge. Free Freight quite often will not be insured, as inruance is extra. If you wish to have insurance on your Free Freight, please contact us.

Free Postage*
Items such as certain pedals and stomp boxes, accessories and effects may have free postage. This will go via Australia Post only. Courier/Insurance/Registered Post would be extra.

Standard Flat Rate Freight - $10
Musos Corner is offering $10* FLAT RATE freight on most items for a limited time. That's right, flat rate shipping and it doesn't matter where you are in Australia, metro or regional or how many items you want, freight will only cost you $10* for as much as you want!

*Large and/or heavy items may cost extra, if you are unsure feel free to contact us at webmaster@musoscorner.com.au.

Sometimes we cannot offer $10 flat rate shipping on items that we have significantly reduced (see specials category) and a more suitable, but still heavily subsidised and discounted price will be available.

Orders will be sent via Australia Post or our designated freight company. Please allow up to 3 - 14 working days for delivery. We have also found that most couriers will not phone you to tell you the exact time your order will be delivered (even when asked) as it varies day to day. They usually deliver between 8:30am - 4:30 pm, which is why we recommend your items being sent to a work address. Please allow 2 days processing time for some stocked items but most orders leave same day.

It is your responsibility to supply Musos Corner with your correct shipping address. Freight drivers are only obliged to deliver to this address, and take no responsibility.

Courier $25+
Couriers can/will have full insurance on delivery, everything we send via courier has its own unique tracking number and can be traced online
Please be aware that these times can vary. These times are approximate after processing time*.

Overnight Courier Service:
Sydney, Scone, Wollongong, Port Macquarie, Maitland, Nelson Bay, Singleton, Nowra (And most places between)

• 1 - 3 Day Service: Melbourne, Brisbane, Toowoomba, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Wide   Bay, Geelong, Bendigo & Wodonga
• 2 - 5 Day Service: Cairns, Townsville, Adelaide, Mackay, ACT.
• 4 - 8 Day Service: Country NSW, Country VIC, Perth.
• 6 - 13 Day Service: Rest of Australia

*For items currently in stock only. We sell a lot and have a huge turn over ratio, so what we have one day can differ to the next. If you are unsure, please contact us immediately!
 
Express Post
We can Express Post/Courier your items if necessary but additional charges may apply, quite often if it can fit in a post pack its never more than $10.
Orders generally leave at 2:30pm daily so if you need an item asap, make sure it is ordered by 1pm (please call 02 4929 2829 and ask for Greg or Cooper) to ensure there is stock of the item and to get an estimated time of arrival.

PO Boxes:
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes via Courier, so we suggest if you are not going to be at home, have your goods sent to your work. Someone needs to be present at your shipping address to sign for your goods.

International:
Sorry, we do not take international orders, we only sell and ship around Australia at this point in time.

Pickup
Unlike some stores, we do not charge for you to pick up in store. We are open 7 days for your convenience, but please give us a date and time of pick up so we can  make sure your goods are ready. Orders that are left for over 1 week and not picked up will be returned to stock, and a refund will be issued unless other arrangements have been made.
