We'll need to know where you want the piano delivered and if there are any tricky spots like stairs. Feel free to send us some pictures or videos if you think it might be difficult to access. Once we have your details, we'll get in touch with our trusted piano carrier to get you a personalized quote for delivery.
If you decide to go ahead with the purchase, we'll pass your contact info to the carrier, who will then reach out to you directly to schedule the delivery date. The timing for delivery depends on the availability of our carrier, but typically it can be anywhere from a couple of days to a number of weeks depending on location

DELIVERY COSTS
There is never a ‘flat-rate’ or fixed delivery price as the following determine the final quoting; selection of piano carrier, location of delivery, steps/staircases, crane hire (if needed) and how many pianos the piano carrier is delivering on that date (Delivering 1 piano is more expensive than a group of 5 to the same area, for example). While we can delivery to almost anywhere in Australia, the delivery is not included in the piano's price.

In order to keep your piano in good condition, we recommend that you have it tuned and adjusted on a regular basis, once or twice a year. For a new piano in particular, the tuning is likely to change easily during the first year or two as it adapts to the environment in which it is kept. During that time, we recommend that you have it tuned twice a year.
We include 1 tuning with all Yamaha or Beale acoustic pianos. Depending on the Yamaha purchased, Yamaha Music Australia include a Piano Care voucher/s for additional tuning/s. The single tuning that is included by Musos Corner for Yamaha pianos is a Yamaha Piano Care Tuning Voucher,

The costs associated with tuning, and maintenance of pianos can vary depending on the piano technician’s location, experience and overall time that is taken during the tuning and maintenance process.
All our acoustic pianos undergo a pre-delivery check adjusted to manufacturer specification prior to delivery.

What happens if something goes wrong and im far away? For all concerns with your piano, contact the recommended accredited local piano technician. (The piano technician would confer with us should the concerns fall under warranty) and we would find the best solution for you.Â
