PROFESSIONAL INSTRUMENT REPAIRS & SERVICING IN MORISSET, NSW

Our purpose-built luthier workshop is located in Morisset, NSW, just minutes from the M1. We provide professional repairs, servicing, maintenance and restoration for guitars and other stringed instruments.

Our experienced team works on acoustic guitars, electric guitars, bass guitars and a wide range of stringed instruments. Services include:

Instrument setups and adjustments
Fret levelling, dressing and replacement
Structural and general repairs
Electronics and wiring repairs
Pickup and hardware installation
Restoration work
Custom modifications and upgrades
Warranty servicing

For added convenience, your instrument can be booked in at one of our locations and collected from another. We can also arrange for your instrument to be shipped back to you once the work has been completed.

We are committed to delivering high-quality workmanship, honest advice and clear communication throughout the repair and servicing process. We will explain the recommended work and keep you informed before any additional repairs are carried out.

Repairs can be booked at either of our locations. Your instrument can also be booked in at one of our locations and collected from another.
We can also arrange for your instrument to be shipped back to you once the work has been completed.

MEET OUR TEAM

JAMES BUCKMAN - MASTER LUTHIER, FENDER WARRANTY ACCREDITED

James has been playing guitar since the age of seven and began repairing and maintaining his own instruments as a teenager. What started as a practical interest in guitar setups, fretwork and general maintenance developed into an extensive knowledge of how stringed instruments are built, adjusted and restored.

Today, James provides professional guitar repairs and luthier services, including precision setups, fret repairs, structural repairs, electronic modifications, custom builds and complete instrument restorations. He works carefully with each instrument to improve its playability, performance and reliability while respecting its individual character.

With years of hands-on experience and a genuine passion for guitars and other stringed instruments, James approaches every repair with technical expertise, precision and close attention to detail.

LIV EVANS - LUTHIER IN TRAINING

Liv has been surrounded by music throughout her life. Developing a strong curiosity about everything from the sound and construction of instruments to their craftsmanship and design. With a creative eye and a genuine appreciation for musical instruments, she is passionate about helping each instrument reach its full potential.

Liv began her career at Musos Corner in sales, where she gained valuable knowledge of guitars, musical equipment and the needs of musicians. Wanting to develop her technical skills further, she moved into the Musos Corner Luthier Workshop and is now training under experienced luthier James Buckman.

Through hands-on experience, Liv is building her skills in guitar setups, maintenance, fretwork, repairs and instrument restoration. She approaches every instrument with care, patience and close attention to detail as she continues developing into a knowledgeable and capable luthier.
