Promotional Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Next Chapter Music Pty Ltd ABN 90 675 443 866, trading as Musos Corner, 252 Pacific Highway, Charlestown NSW 2290 (“Musos Corner” or “the Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period

The Musos Corner Birthday Giveaway runs during the advertised promotional period and closes at 2:00pm AEST on Saturday 26 September 2026.

Purchases completed after 2:00pm on 26 September 2026 will not be eligible for entry.

3. How to Enter

To enter, customers must:

• Spend $300 or more in a single transaction at Musos Corner, either in-store or online, during the promotional period.
• Provide valid customer/contact details so Musos Corner can identify and contact the entrant if they win.

Each eligible transaction of $300 or more will receive one automatic entry into the Birthday Giveaway. Customers may receive multiple entries by completing multiple separate qualifying transactions during the promotional period.

No additional entry fee applies.

4. Eligibility

Entry is open to eligible Australian residents aged 18 years or over, subject to applicable state and territory laws.

Employees, directors, contractors and immediate family members of Musos Corner are not eligible to enter. Employees, representatives, agencies, suppliers or other parties directly involved in the administration, promotion or determination of the winners are also ineligible.

5. The Prizes

There are three major prizes to be won:

• Yamaha LS16 Acoustic-Electric Guitar
• Roland TD-02KV V-Drums Kit
• Pioneer DJ DDJ-FLX4 2-Channel DJ Controller

Each winner will receive one prize only.

Prizes are supplied as advertised and cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash, store credit or another product simply because the winner would prefer an alternative.

If a prize becomes genuinely unavailable for reasons outside Musos Corner's reasonable control, Musos Corner may substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law and any required regulatory approval.

6. Prize Draw

The winners will be selected by random draw after entries close at 2pm on Saturday 26 September 2026.

The draw will be conducted at Musos Corner, 252 Pacific Highway, Charlestown NSW 2290.

The winners will be announced LIVE via Musos Corner's social media channels at approximately 4:00pm AEST on Saturday 26 September 2026.

Winners do not need to be present at the draw to win.

7. Winner Notification

Musos Corner will make reasonable attempts to contact each winner using the contact details associated with their qualifying purchase.

Entrants are responsible for ensuring the contact information supplied with their purchase is accurate and current.

A winner may be required to provide proof of identity and proof of their qualifying purchase before receiving their prize.

8. Unclaimed Prizes

If Musos Corner is unable to contact a winner or a prize remains unclaimed, Musos Corner will make reasonable attempts to contact that winner.

Where permitted by law, if a prize remains unclaimed for the period specified by applicable promotional competition laws, Musos Corner may conduct a redraw to select a replacement winner.

Any redraw will be conducted fairly and randomly.

9. Returns, Refunds & Cancelled Orders

If a qualifying transaction is cancelled, refunded, charged back or returned and the final eligible purchase value falls below $300 before the prize is awarded, the corresponding entry may be deemed invalid.

Orders suspected of being placed solely for the purpose of obtaining an entry and subsequently cancelled or returned may also be disqualified where permitted by law.

10. Invalid Entries

Musos Corner reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who:

• does not meet these Terms & Conditions;
• provides false, misleading or incomplete information;
• tampers with or attempts to manipulate the entry or draw process;
• engages in fraudulent activity; or
• is otherwise ineligible to participate.

11. Determination of Winners

All winners will be determined fairly and randomly in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

The results of the draw are final, subject to any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

12. Collection or Delivery of Prizes

Musos Corner will arrange prize collection or delivery directly with each winner.

Any additional costs associated with using a prize that are not expressly included in the advertised prize are the responsibility of the winner.

13. Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners agree that Musos Corner may announce their name and prize won through its website, email and social media channels where permitted by law.

Any additional use of a winner's image, video or testimonial will be subject to any consent required by law.

14. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the promotion will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify entries, contact winners and award prizes.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Musos Corner Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.

15. Social Media

This promotion may be advertised through Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms. These platforms are not responsible for the administration of the promotion or the provision of the prizes.

16. Changes or Cancellation

If circumstances outside Musos Corner's reasonable control prevent the promotion from proceeding as advertised, Musos Corner may modify, suspend, postpone or cancel the promotion where permitted by law and subject to any regulatory approval required.

Any material changes will be communicated to entrants where required.

17. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

18. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in the Musos Corner Birthday Giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

 

Discount Codes

Discount Codes can be used as a means of payment, partial-payment, or discount for certain or specified purchases online.

Customers should read the specific details about any Discount Code, and reach out to our Customer Service Team for more information if required. These additional terms may outline what your Discount Code can or cannot be used for, whether it has a minimum spend, whether it applies only to a specific product or group of products, whether it is available for a limited time or specified date range, and/or only available to a specific customer group (eg. Students).

Discount Codes are valid on full-price products only, unless otherwise specified.

Discount Codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards, sale items or products that are part of another promotion. Discount Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer, reward or discount.
