Aquarian Modern Vintage Medium 15" Coated Drumhead
The Aquarian Modern Vintage Medium MOTC-M15 is a 15-inch coated drumhead designed to deliver the warm appearance, feel and tonal character associated with traditional calfskin-style heads. Aquarian builds the Medium version from a single 10mil ply, providing a balanced combination of response, resonance and durability.
Its specially developed coating is slightly thicker than a conventional coating, helping slow the vibration of the head for a lower, warmer tone and softer playing feel. This makes the Modern Vintage Medium well suited to players seeking a classic response with modern synthetic-head consistency.
Warm Vintage-Style Tone
The Modern Vintage coating is designed to emulate the look, feel and warmth of calfskin while retaining the consistency and reliability of a modern drumhead. The slightly heavier coating contributes to a lower fundamental character and softer response.
Batter or Resonant Use
