EMG 25KASPL-LS 25K Long Shaft Tone Control

The EMG 25KASPL-LS is a 25K tone control designed for active EMG pickup systems. Its long split-shaft design suits instruments that require additional shaft length, while EMG’s solderless connection system makes it easy to integrate with compatible EMG wiring setups.

Built around EMG’s B124 tone control, the 25K version uses an audio-taper potentiometer and black circuit board with an onboard tone capacitor. The control provides a smooth, traditional tone adjustment while retaining plug-in compatibility with EMG’s solderless pickup system.

Long Split-Shaft Design

The 25KASPL-LS features a split shaft with a 19mm long-shaft configuration, making it suitable for thicker guitar tops and Les Paul-style applications where a standard short-shaft control may not provide sufficient mounting length.

Solderless EMG Connectivity

Four header pins provide two signal-and-ground connection pairs using EMG’s standard 2.54mm / .100-inch pin spacing. Solder pads are also provided for installations where direct soldering is preferred.
