Markbass Groove Series 5-String Bass Guitar Strings – 45–130 Nickel-Plated Steel

The Markbass Groove Series 5-String Bass Guitar Strings are designed for players who prefer the traditional warmth and balanced response of nickel-plated steel strings. This medium-gauge set combines a comfortable playing feel with clear articulation and consistent string tension.

Featuring roundwound nickel-plated steel over a hexagonal high-carbon core, the Groove Series offers dependable performance for a range of electric bass playing styles.

Warm Nickel-Plated Steel Tone

The selected nickel-plated steel winding delivers a traditional warm bass sound while maintaining clarity and definition. Its roundwound construction provides an articulate response suitable for fingerstyle, pick playing and a variety of musical genres.

Calibrated Tension and Long-Scale Construction

Each string is hand-wound over a hexagonal high-carbon core, with calibrated diameters and tension for a consistent playing feel. The .045–.130 gauge range provides a medium-gauge setup for compatible five-string long-scale electric bass guitars.

Please Note: This is a five-string long-scale set. Check your bass guitar's scale length and required string gauges before purchasing.
