Wittner 85302 Ultra Cello Tailpiece for 4/4–7/8 Size
The Wittner 85302 Ultra Cello Tailpiece is designed for 4/4 and 7/8-size cellos. Its high-tech composite construction combines strength with a lightweight design and is finished in black with matching black adjuster screws.
Four integrated string adjusters provide individual fine-tuning for each string. A nylon tailgut is included for attachment to the instrument.
NOTE: The manufacturer identifies this tailpiece as model 919711, while Australian retailers use product code 85302 for the same item. It is intended only for 4/4 and 7/8-size cellos; separate Wittner models are available for smaller instruments.
Correct tailpiece installation and positioning affect the cello’s setup and performance. Professional installation by a qualified string-instrument repairer is recommended.
