Alvarez Artist AG60CE 8-String Acoustic-Electric Guitar - Shadowburst

Discover shimmering acoustic tones and comfortable playability with the Alvarez Artist AG60CE 8-String Acoustic-Electric Guitar in Shadowburst. Featuring a solid A+ Sitka spruce top, African mahogany back and sides, and a Grand Auditorium cutaway body, this guitar delivers a rich, resonant sound with distinctive octave harmonics.

Rich, Expressive Eight-String Tone

The unique eight-string configuration doubles the D and G strings with octave strings, creating a bright, shimmering character reminiscent of a 12-string guitar without requiring the same number of strings or a wider neck. The solid spruce top and FST2 bracing support clear projection and dynamic response.

Comfortable Playing and Stage-Ready Electronics

A 25.5" scale length, African mahogany neck and Indian laurel fingerboard provide familiar acoustic playability. The LR Baggs StagePro Bronze system combines an Element pickup with convenient tone controls and a built-in tuner.
