Angel ARKN 17 Note Kalimba

The Angel ARKN 17 Note Kalimba is a compact thumb piano featuring a solid mahogany body and 17 steel tines for clear, melodic playing. 

The instrument is tuned in the key of C, with polished steel tines engraved with note and number markings to make individual notes easy to identify. Its wooden resonating body produces a warm acoustic tone suitable for casual playing, music education and melodic accompaniment.

Solid Mahogany Construction

The ARK-N uses a solid mahogany body paired with 17 steel keys. The wooden body provides the resonance chamber for the instrument, while the steel tines produce the individual pitches when played with the thumbs. 

17 Engraved Steel Tines

The 17-note layout uses polished steel tines with engraved note and number markings. This makes the instrument straightforward to navigate when learning melodies or following kalimba notation.

Vibrato Sound Holes

Two sound holes on the underside allow the player to create a vibrato-style effect by opening and covering the holes while notes resonate.
