The tonewood pairing is designed for a balanced, articulate response with clear note separation and a wide dynamic range, while the natural figuring of Myrtlewood gives each instrument its own visual character.

Its modern SFX body shape and Venetian cutaway provide a comfortable playing profile with easy upper-fret access. Cort equips the guitar with a CE304T electronics system for amplified performance, while a 25.5-inch scale, mahogany neck, laurel fingerboard and Advanced X-Bracing provide a practical foundation for stage, rehearsal and recording use.

The Exotic-SFX Myrtle pairs a solid spruce soundboard with Myrtlewood back and sides. Cort’s SFX body has a slimmer profile than a traditional full-depth acoustic body, making it comfortable for extended playing sessions. The Venetian cutaway provides easier access to the upper register for lead lines, chords and more extended voicings.

Cort CE304T Electronics

Integrated Cort CE304T electronics allow the Exotic-SFX Myrtle to connect directly to an acoustic amplifier, PA system or recording setup without requiring an aftermarket pickup. This makes the guitar suitable for both acoustic practice and amplified performance.

Advanced X-Bracing and Reliable Hardware

Advanced X-Bracing supports the solid spruce soundboard for resonance and structural stability. The guitar also features die-cast tuning machines with aged white buttons, a laurel bridge, PPS nut and saddle, and coated strings for dependable everyday performance.
