Elixir 15380 NANOWEB .080 Bass Single String

The Elixir 15380 is a .080 gauge electric bass single string featuring nickel-plated steel roundwound construction and Elixir’s NANOWEB coating. Designed for long-scale bass guitars, it delivers a rich, rounded tone with clear articulation and strong midrange presence.

The NANOWEB coating is engineered specifically for bass strings, providing a smooth, natural playing feel while helping protect the string from corrosion and debris buildup. It also helps reduce finger squeak during playing.

Nickel-Plated Steel Construction

The 15380 uses nickel-plated steel wrap wire in a roundwound construction, producing the balanced warmth, clarity and midrange definition associated with Elixir’s coated electric bass strings.

NANOWEB Coating

Elixir’s NANOWEB coating protects the string from common contaminants while maintaining a smooth, natural feel and enhanced grip. The coating extends useful tone life while reducing unwanted finger noise.
