AMS UE57Y Finger Castanets – ABS Yellow with Pouch

The AMS UE57Y Finger Castanets are a pair of lightweight ABS plastic percussion instruments designed for finger-operated rhythmic playing. Featuring a bright yellow finish, they provide a simple way to introduce clicking percussion sounds into music lessons, classroom activities and ensemble performances.

Each castanet features a nylon rope tie for finger control, allowing players to create rhythmic patterns by striking the castanets together. The pair is supplied with a convenient storage pouch for keeping the instruments together between playing sessions.

Lightweight ABS Construction

The UE57Y features ABS plastic construction, providing a lightweight instrument suitable for regular percussion activities.

Its bright yellow finish makes the pair easy to identify during classroom music lessons and group percussion activities.

Finger-Operated Percussion Design

Each castanet features a nylon rope tie that allows it to be positioned on the fingers during playing.

The two castanets produce short clicking sounds when struck together, allowing players to practise rhythmic patterns, timing and coordination.

Suitable for Music Education

The compact design makes the UE57Y suitable for introductory percussion lessons, classroom music activities and ensemble rhythm exercises.

Its finger-operated format provides a practical way to explore rhythmic accompaniment without requiring additional percussion equipment.

Convenient Storage Pouch

The UE57Y is supplied as a pair with a storage pouch, providing a convenient way to keep the castanets together when not in use.

The pouch also makes the pair easy to organise and transport between lessons, rehearsals and performances.
