Innovative Percussion FBX-3 Medium Marching Bass Drum Mallets – Pair

The Innovative Percussion FBX-3 Marching Bass Drum Mallets are designed to deliver clear articulation, balanced control and a comfortable playing feel for marching percussionists. As the medium-sized model in the FBX Field Series, they are recommended for marching bass drums measuring approximately 22 to 26 inches.

Each mallet features a durable white hickory handle and an extra-hard felt head, providing a responsive playing experience for rehearsals, performances and marching band applications.

Balanced White Hickory Handles

The white hickory handles feature a double-flared tapered design that promotes balance and durability. Their graduated length allows players to achieve comfortable beater placement on different bass drum sizes while maintaining a controlled playing technique.

Extra-Hard Felt Heads for Clear Articulation

The extra-hard felt heads provide a defined attack and consistent response. Their rounded construction avoids the flat striking areas found on some conventional mallet heads, helping maintain reliable articulation during repeated strokes.

Please Note: Medium refers to the mallet size, not the felt hardness. This model has extra-hard felt heads.
