Overview
Mapex Mars MA529SFBZW 5-Piece Drum Kit with HP6005 Hardware – Nightwood
The Mapex Mars MA529SFBZW combines a five-piece Mars Birch drum configuration with the Mapex HP6005 chrome hardware pack. Its six-ply, 7.2mm birch shells deliver focused attack, clear projection and a strong fundamental tone.
SONIClear bearing edges help the drumheads sit evenly for easier tuning and improved shell response, while SONIClear rack-tom suspension minimises shell contact. The package includes a matching 14" × 6.5" birch snare, TH676 double tom holder and complete HP6005 hardware pack.
The correct finish for model code BZW is Nightwood, featuring a dark wood-grain appearance with black shell hardware. It is not officially named Zebrawood.
Please note: Cymbals and drum throne are not included.
