Maton AP5 PRO Complete Pickup System
The Maton AP5 PRO is a complete acoustic guitar pickup and preamp system designed to deliver natural, high-quality amplified sound for live performance. Combining a piezo pickup with an internal cardioid microphone, the AP5 PRO gives players greater control over their amplified acoustic tone.
Blend Piezo & Microphone Sound
Separate Microphone and Piezo volume controls allow you to blend both signals before sending them through the master volume. The cardioid microphone is mounted to an adjustable arm, making it possible to fine-tune its position for different tonal results while helping provide greater microphone level before feedback.
Expanded Tone Control
The AP5 PRO features Bass, Treble and Mid controls, with an expanded mid-frequency sweep from 600Hz to 2.4kHz. This provides greater control when shaping the midrange and finding the right amplified acoustic sound.
Reliable & Serviceable Design
The system uses a compact single-PCB design with miniature surface-mount components to help reduce noise and improve durability. Its upgraded piezo pickup uses a lightweight 6061-T6 alloy channel and a rigid gold-plated PCB for improved detail and sharper transients.
