Maton AP5 PRO (Preamp Only)
The Maton AP5 PRO Preamp is an advanced acoustic guitar amplification system designed to deliver natural, detailed and responsive amplified sound. Developed specifically for acoustic guitar, it combines independent piezo and microphone controls with versatile EQ and mid-sweep adjustment.
Flexible Acoustic Tone
The AP5 PRO provides separate Microphone and Piezo volume controls, allowing both sources to be blended before reaching the Master Volume. Its cardioid microphone is mounted to the preamp using an adjustable arm, making it possible to fine-tune the microphone position for different tonal results.
Expanded EQ Control
Bass, Treble and Mid controls provide precise tonal shaping, while the expanded mid-frequency sweep covers 600Hz to 2.4kHz. This makes it easier to target specific frequencies and shape the amplified sound to suit different playing environments.
Reliable Preamp Design
The AP5 PRO uses a compact single-PCB design with tightly packed surface-mount components to help reduce hum and noise while improving durability. The system also uses improved Click-type connections for easier installation and servicing.
