Its Ultra Thin “C” neck profile, compound-radius fingerboard and 24 X-Jumbo stainless steel frets create a fast, responsive playing surface. Schecter locking tuners, a Hipshot hardtail bridge and a Graph Tech XL Black Tusq nut provide reliable tuning stability, while the Gloss Black finish, white binding and black-and-chrome hardware give the Reaper-6 Custom a sleek, commanding appearance.

Powerful Mahogany Construction

The Khaya African mahogany body provides a warm, resonant tonal foundation with strong sustain and a focused midrange response. Its flat-top design creates a clean, contemporary silhouette, while the contrasting white single-ply binding adds definition to the Gloss Black finish.

Set-neck construction enhances resonance and sustain by creating a solid connection between the neck and body. Schecter’s Ultra Access neck joint also allows comfortable movement into the highest register, making the Reaper-6 Custom well suited to solos, extended chord voicings and technical playing.

Fast Reinforced Wenge Neck

The wenge neck is reinforced with carbon fibre rods for added strength, stability and long-term reliability. Its Ultra Thin “C” profile measures approximately 19mm at the first fret and 20mm at the twelfth fret, providing a slim and consistent feel across the neck.

An ebony fingerboard with a 12"–16" compound radius feels comfortable for chord work near the nut while becoming flatter higher up the neck for faster lead playing and wide string bends. Twenty-four X-Jumbo stainless steel frets provide a smooth, durable playing surface, while Luminlay glow-in-the-dark side markers improve fretboard visibility on dimly lit stages.

Versatile Schecter USA San Andreas Pickups

Dual Schecter USA San Andreas humbuckers deliver a powerful, articulate response with the definition needed for high-gain rhythm playing and lead tones. The bridge pickup provides tight lows, clear mids and an aggressive attack, while the neck pickup offers a fuller, smoother sound for melodic leads, clean passages and warm rhythm tones.

A three-way pickup selector provides access to the bridge, neck or combined pickup settings. The push-pull tone control expands the available tonal range, allowing players to access brighter, more articulate sounds alongside the pickups’ full humbucking output.

Stable Hardtail Performance

The Hipshot hardtail bridge with string-through-body construction provides secure string anchoring, accurate intonation and strong sustain. Its fixed-bridge design offers a direct, responsive playing feel and dependable stability for standard or alternative tunings.

Schecter locking tuners make string changes faster while helping maintain consistent tuning. A Graph Tech XL Black Tusq nut supports smooth string movement and tonal clarity, making the Reaper-6 Custom ready for rehearsals, studio recording and live performance.
