The Schecter Sunset-6 Extreme Scarlet Burst is a high-performance 6-string electric guitar designed for players who demand speed, precision and powerful tonal versatility. Featuring a Nyatoh body with a flamed maple top, an Ultra Thin “C” neck and premium Schecter USA pickups, the Sunset-6 Extreme delivers the comfort and clarity needed for technical playing, heavy riffs, expressive leads and modern rhythm work.

Its 25.5" scale length, 16" ebony fretboard and 24 X-Jumbo stainless steel frets provide a fast, responsive playing surface across the entire neck. Schecter locking tuners, a Graph Tech XL Black Tusq nut and a Diamond Hardtail bridge help maintain dependable tuning stability, while the striking Scarlet Burst finish and black hardware give the guitar a bold, contemporary appearance.

Built for Modern Performance

The Nyatoh body produces a balanced tonal foundation with warmth, clarity and strong resonance. A flamed maple top adds visual depth to the Scarlet Burst finish, while the flat-top design and sculpted bevel provide a comfortable playing feel.

Schecter’s bolt-on construction with Ultra Access makes it easier to reach the upper frets, giving lead players greater freedom when playing solos, extended chords and technical passages.

The five-piece maple and rosewood neck is reinforced with carbon fibre rods for added strength, stability and long-term reliability. Its Ultra Thin “C” profile measures approximately 19mm at the first fret and 20mm at the twelfth fret, creating a slim and consistent feel along the neck.

An ebony fretboard, 16" radius and 24 X-Jumbo stainless steel frets provide a smooth, durable playing surface suited to fast runs, wide bends and precise articulation. Offset metal ring inlays complete the Sunset-6 Extreme’s distinctive modern aesthetic.

The Schecter USA Sunset Strip bridge pickup delivers powerful output, tight low-end response and articulate definition for heavy rhythm playing, aggressive riffs and cutting lead tones.

In the neck position, the Schecter USA Pasadena pickup provides warmth, clarity and a smooth response for melodic leads, clean passages and fuller rhythm sounds. A master volume control and five-way pickup selector make it easy to move between a versatile range of pickup combinations and tonal textures.

Stable Hardtail Performance

A Schecter Diamond Hardtail bridge provides solid sustain, accurate intonation and dependable stability, making the Sunset-6 Extreme an excellent choice for players who prefer the direct response of a fixed bridge.

Schecter locking tuners and a Graph Tech XL Black Tusq nut further support tuning consistency and make string changes faster and more convenient. Factory-fitted with Ernie Ball Regular Slinky strings, the guitar arrives ready for rehearsals, recording sessions and live performance.
