Singular Sound BeatBuddy 2 Drum Machine Pedal

The Singular Sound BeatBuddy 2 puts responsive, studio-quality drum accompaniment into a performance-ready pedal. Its foot-controlled interface lets musicians trigger fills, transitions, song sections, accent hits, drum breaks, intros, outros and tempo variations in real time without interrupting their playing.

BeatBuddy 2 includes approximately 500 patterns across 233 songs and 13 expandable drum sets. Compared with the original BeatBuddy, it offers four times the drum-set capacity, a larger 2.4-inch colour display, full-size five-pin MIDI connections and compatibility with expression pedals and the Singular Sound SuperSwitch. BeatBuddy Manager Online allows users to customise songs and create or organise their own beats.

Stereo audio passthrough lets an instrument and the generated drums share the same sound system without requiring a separate mixer. Separate stereo outputs, a headphone connection and MIDI input/output provide flexible integration for live performance, practice, songwriting and recording.

Please note: The SuperSwitch, Footswitch+, expression pedal, MIDI cables and audio cables are sold separately. The BeatBuddy 2 does not support battery operation and requires a compatible 9V DC power supply. An Australian power-supply version should be supplied with Australian distributor stock.
