Way Huge Swollen Pickle XXX Jumbo Fuzz – WHE407

The Way Huge Swollen Pickle XXX Jumbo Fuzz is a high-gain guitar effects pedal celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Swollen Pickle. Combining powerful fuzz saturation, thick low-frequency response and expanded tone-shaping controls, the WHE407 provides a versatile range of fuzz sounds for guitarists seeking everything from moderate crunch to heavily saturated distortion.

This special-edition model features high-gain discrete transistors, redesigned Filter controls and dedicated Hi and Lo adjustments. Its limited-edition artwork gives the pedal a distinctive appearance while retaining the powerful sonic character of the Swollen Pickle series.

High-Gain Discrete Transistor Fuzz

The Swollen Pickle XXX replaces the traditional transistor array with high-gain discrete transistors, producing increased saturation and rich harmonic content.

The Sustain control adjusts the intensity of the fuzz effect, allowing players to explore different levels of saturation and sustain.

Expanded Tone-Shaping Controls

The WHE407 features redesigned tone-shaping controls that provide greater flexibility over the pedal's frequency response.

The Filter control works alongside dedicated Hi and Lo knobs, allowing players to adjust the high- and low-frequency characteristics of the fuzz effect.

Internal switches provide additional control over the tone stack's midrange response, allowing settings ranging from a flat response to pronounced midrange cuts or boosts.

Adjustable Compression

A dedicated Crunch toggle switch allows players to change the compression characteristics of the fuzz effect.

This provides a convenient way to switch between different compression responses without relying on a continuously adjustable control.

Loudness and Sustain Controls

The Loudness control adjusts the pedal's output level, while the Sustain control determines the intensity of the fuzz.

Together with the expanded filtering and compression controls, these adjustments allow players to shape the overall response of the pedal for different musical applications.

30th Anniversary Special Edition

The Swollen Pickle XXX commemorates 30 years of the Swollen Pickle series with limited-edition artwork and an updated circuit design.

Its combination of traditional Swollen Pickle characteristics and expanded tone-shaping options makes it a distinctive addition to the Way Huge effects range.
