Yamaha KP65 Kick Pad for DTX Series
The Yamaha KP65 is a dedicated kick pad designed for use with Yamaha DTX electronic drum systems. Its large playing surface provides a natural platform for bass drum pedal technique, while its sturdy construction delivers reliable triggering for practice and performance.
Responsive Kick Triggering
The KP65 uses a single piezo trigger sensor to detect bass drum pedal strokes and send the performance signal to a compatible DTX trigger module. The pad also features a LEVEL control for adjusting its output to suit different playing dynamics and module settings.
Compatible with DTX Systems
Yamaha designed the KP65 for use with DTX-series electronic drums and trigger modules, including DTXPRESS systems. Its additional input jack can also allow an external pad to be connected and routed through the KP65 using a stereo cable.
