If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our friendly customer support team is ready to assist you in troubleshooting or getting the most out of your device. We're confident we can find a solution that works for you. If not, we'll be happy to discuss return options following ACCC guidelines. We do not offer a return or refund just for change of mind.

Non-refundable Items

To protect everyone's safety and rights, some items cannot be refunded, such as:

  1. Sheet music, CDs, DVDs, magazines, and books due to copyright laws
  2. Computer software due to copyright laws
  3. Consumables like guitar strings and cables included in packages
  4. Items that come into contact with bodily fluids (e.g., recorders, microphones, in-ear monitors/headphones, reeds, harmonicas, mouthpieces)

When Can You Return an Item?

You deserve products that meet your expectations. You are entitled to a refund, repair, exchange, or credit if the goods you have purchased:

  1. Are faulty
  2. Are significantly different from what was shown, advertised, or described
  3. Do not perform as reasonably expected

We aim to make this process smooth and hassle-free for you.

Returns
If a return is accepted for a store credit, it will be less any freight costs and a 10% restocking fee (whichever is higher)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 
We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).You will receive the credit within 7 days depending on your card issuer's policies. Any shipping, freight or insurance costs, including return shipping can not be refunded. If your item was shipped to you for free, the cost of freighting the item to you may be deducted from your refund. Store credit will be offered for orders over 6 months old. Refunds can only be sent back to the original payment method or store credit will be offered.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How to return an item 
We dont automatically offer returns for change of mind, however your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer fault or defect. You must return the item within 7 days of your purchase. Please email Muso’s corner at [email protected] to request a refund and return, and we will contact you to arrange the return of the item. Refunds are not offered for Change of mind.

Return Exceptions 
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. These include Software, Valves, Guitar & Bass Strings, Print Music, and also any item which may harbour bacteria (Such as Microphones, Ear phones, Recorder, Kazoo, Reeds, etc). Merchandise that is worn, damaged, used or altered in anyway will not be accepted for return or exchange. 

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­-refundable. If you receive a refund, the actual cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. This includes the actual shipping cost of items sent with a "free freight" offier.
