Returns Policy

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Thanks for shopping at Muso’s Corner.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You are entitled to a refund or repair or exchange or credit if the goods you have purchased are:

  1. Faulty
  2. Differ significantly to those shown, advertised or described to you, or
  3. Do not do what they are reasonably expected to do

When you buy you should choose carefully. We don’t automatically refund because you simply changed your mind, unless this was explicitly a condition of the sale or included in advertising material. Remember to always keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).You will receive the credit within 7 days depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How to return an item 

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 7 days of your purchase. Please email Muso’s corner at salesteam@musoscorner.com.au to request a refund and return, and we will contact you to arrange the return of the item. 

Return Exceptions 

Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. These include Software, Valves, Guitar & Bass Strings, Print Music, and also any item which may harbour bacteria (Such as Microphones, Recorder, Kazoo, Reeds, etc). Merchandise that is worn, damaged, used or altered in anyway will not be accepted for return or exchange. 

Shipping
